Rosemarie Lincoln, RHIT
Rosemarie Lincoln has been the Chairperson of the Nominating Committee for the past three years. When asked to step up and take a leadership role as Chairperson, Rosemarie did not hesitate. The role as Chairman comes with many challenges, the most significant is reaching out to membership to determine interest in participation at the Board level. This requires dedication and perseverance which are two of the fine qualities of Rosemarie.
This past election, Rosemarie worked tirelessly with the new web designer to work out the bugs that were experienced because of the transition. All that said, the ballots went out, elections held, and new members were introduced.
In 2014-2015, Rosemarie was tasked with setting up Survey Monkey for membership seeking input on what the Association can do for our membership. This survey provided statistical data and valuable information for the Board relative to member concerns.
Beyond her work with the Nominating Committee, Rosemarie has been known to volunteer her time at the Annual Meeting; from helping with set-up to working with the Silent Auction to jumping in to collect meal tickets at the door and cleaning up.
In addition to her participation in NJHIMA activities, Rosemarie also works with many students who are completing their professional practice. She is enthusiastic and encouraging about the profession.
The Board of Directors is appreciative of Rosemaries’s contributions and recognizes her as an outstanding member of our organization.
