2010 -2011 Sponsorship Opportunities
Help Support our Scholarship Fund
NJHIMA is pleased
to announce an opportunity for vendor sponsorship of our
quarterly educational sessions for 2010-2011. Vendor
sponsorships will help to support our Scholarship Fund enabling
our students to attend approved HIM programs. In the past few
years we have been fortunate to be able to award three
scholarships annually through the Scholarship Fund and would
like to continue to match that effort.
If you sponsor one
of our quarterly educational sessions this is how it will work.
Each educational session will be sponsored by one vendor, based
on the highest bid with a minimum bid of $300. The sponsor with
the winning bid will be provided a table to display
brochures/flyers and other company information of interest to
our members. In addition, the company's information and logo
will be placed on the NJHIMA’s website during the calendar year.
In addition to
helping these deserving students, your sponsorship will ensure
recognition of your organization’s participation. So please
respond to our call for sponsors in our effort to support
NJHIMA’s Scholarship Fund.
Please submit your
bid by Tuesday, December 22, 2009 for the January 22nd educational session. You will be
contacted if you are selected as the highest bidder and will be
provided the option to pay by credit card or check.
